Madison is 10 months!!

Seriously Maddie is ten months old!! She has grown so much this past month!





I don't have her weight this month, but I know she has grown. She is wearing size 3 diapers and 9 to 12 month clothes.
She is eating 6 ounces of formula every 4 to five hours. She is starting to eats lots of table food. She will still eat some baby food, but she really wants whatever we are eating.
Maddie is an extremely fast crawler and is into EVERYTHING!! She is also pulling up to things. She really likes to play with Mason's toys!





Just this week Maddie slept through the night in her own bed!! This is such a huge milestone for us!! We did let her cry it out for a few minutes one night(it was maybe 5 minutes, but seemed like 30), but since then she has been sleeping through the night!! It is wonderful!!
Madison has also had a few rough days of teething. At her check up a month ago her doctor said the bottom two were ready to come through. Apparently she has super thick gums because she is still toothless!!

Maddie is saying momma and now can say dada! Her gibberish will soon be turning into real words! She still loves to play patty cake and will occasionally wave bye bye!




I can't believe that in just two short months she will be a year old! I really think this has been the fastest year of my life! It had been such a good one though!

Medieval Times

A few weeks ago we took Mason to Medieval Times.  We promised him we would meet a "real knight" if he filled up his potty chart with stickers.  He filled up the chart about two months ago and we finally had a chance to go.  I think Mason had a really good time.  He was complaining about it being loud at first, but once the knights starting jousted he was good!

We all had such a good time, and I'm so proud of my little man for being potty trained!!

Enjoying the nice weather!!

Tonight we are enjoying the nice weather outside while Mark is working on his dirt bike in the shop.
This kid is all boy. Tonight he's half pirate and half robin hood. Oh and add a little bit of cowboy into the mix!!












His cheeseball smile again!! It makes me smile everytime!!




Maddie is hanging out in the wagon and chewing on Mason's toys because she doesn't like her own toys!





I caught her playing pat-a-cake!

Maddie loves scrambled eggs!!

Tonight I was getting so tickled watching Maddie eat scrambled eggs. Not sure if she was starving or just really loved them. I think she really likes them. I could not put them on her plate fast enough before she gobbled them up!
Pardon the hair, I had to take her bow out mid-dinner!











So full!! Now I have to get the eggs out of her nose and hair!! Oh the joys of motherhood!!

Special Project

Mark brought home a special project for Mason. It was a wooden helicopter that had to be built. Mason was so excited and asked for days when he was going to get to build it. Finally The day came and they got to work. Mason was ready to go with his hammer.
