Oh Christmas Tree....

So we got a little excited and decided to put up the tree a little early this year. We normally wait til after Thanksgiving but it always seems like we don't get to enjoy before taking it back down.
The kids really enjoyed helping and they did a great job!









This was where Maddie put all her ornaments, it's only a tad overloaded. haha


This sings Jingle Bells and I'm pretty sure the batteries will be dead by the end of the week, she is wearing it out!

Maddie was streaking to her room and made a stop at the tree, she loves to touch the ornaments. I'm almost afraid to put gifts under the tree...

Silly kids

These two kiddos can be so silly sometimes! They are constantly making us laugh, and I'm so thankful for them!

Maddie thinks its funny to sit in this little cubby. I have found her there on several different occasions just hanging out.

Happy Halloween

The kids had a blast at there fall festival at school this year. Their teachers sent me a few photos.

Mason told me when he woke up that he wanted a mustache like Tony Stark and that he was going to get one at school.



It looks more like a Mario mustache, but he was happy with it!
Maddie got a blue star to match her outfit.



They got to play all kinds of games, had a mini hayride and ate hot dogs for lunch.

After school I took the kids downtown to trick or treat. It was complete chaos because there were so many people. We didn't stay long because Mason got freaked out by a guy dressed up with a scary mask and a chainsaw. It was suppose to be a kid event, why in the world would they have someone dressed up like that stationed right next to the bounce house. It was crazy, so we left and headed to Nini and Pop Pop's house to trick or treat.
